Order Processing and Delivery

Here at Lingerie Heaven we aim to dispatch all orders same day payment is received.

Most orders are available from our local warehouse, however some are sourced from overseas distributors. You should allow 7-14 business days from order date for delivery before sending a query.

In the unlikely event that your item is not available within 7-14 business days, will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund or wait the short period of time until we can fulfill your order. We will keep you notified of any such activity.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization.

The intention to return an item must be done within 7 days after you have received item.

For hygiene reasons, the return product must be unworn, unused and still with original packaging and tags still attached.

An exchange of an item of same value, will be accepted.

Please choose hosiery wisely as these will not be exchanged due to wrong size or colour choice.

All items are checked to make sure they are well made and defect free before shipping.

In the event that a faulty product is sent, we will happily exchange this product.

International Customs & Import Duties

For delivery to addresses outside of New Zealand, Lingerie Heaven will not be responsible for import tax, duties or any other additional expenses that may occur on delivery.

Please email us for a quote on your order if you are outside of New Zealand.

Lingerie Heaven cannot be responsible for time delays due to foreign shipping clearance procedures.
